Stephenie Goddard

Stephenie Goddard, M.S.

Glidewell CEO Stephenie Goddard is an executive leader with multidisciplinary experience in organizational development, business strategy, change management, customer experience and digital transformation. She joined Glidewell in 2006 as vice president of human resources, establishing various programs that have served to augment the company’s relentless expansion. In 2019, Goddard established the Guiding Leaders program to empower women dentists throughout the United States in all facets of business and leadership. The following year she received the Mentor Award from The Lucy Hobbs Project® (Benco Dental Supply Co.; Pittston, Pa.).

David Galler, DDS

DAVID GALLER, DDS

Dr. David Galler graduated from the University of Pennsylvania College of Dentistry. He completed his general practice residency and cosmetic practice residency at the Brooklyn Veteran’s Administration Hospital. He has been personally involved in the completion of more than two thousand Invisalign® cases. Dr. Galler also leads and instructs Reingage, a network of nearly one thousand dentists committed to his philosophy of bettering lives with Invisalign® and advanced alignment techniques.

Dr. Paulisick is the proud owner of Longboard Dental, a state-of-the-art dental practice in Charleston, SC. She graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2011 and has become a fellow at the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Paulisick was honored as Benco Dental’s 40 under 40 best dentist in the United States. She has served as the lead dentist for the nonprofit ECCO dental clinic in Charleston and remains on as an adjunct faculty member for the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine in South Carolina. Her practice philosophy is to provide exceptional dental care in an anxiety-reducing space, utilizing the best available technology. MARYAM EKHTIAR-KORD, DDS

After receiving bachelor’s degrees in English, philosophy and biology — plus, a master’s in comparative literature — Dr. Ekhtiar-Kord received her dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2002. She is currently pursuing her master’s in clinical psychology at Pepperdine University and is the owner of two practices in Mission Viejo, CA: Kord Dentistry and Orthodontics and Mission Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. Dr. Ekhtiar-Kord is also multilingual and enjoys teaching continuing education classes. She graduated Guiding Leaders in 2024

A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, Dr. Bianca Clark is a cosmetic and biomimetic dentist known for her expertise in complex printed restorations. An attendee of the Kois Center, Dr. Clark has achieved mastership in biomimetic dentistry, reflecting her dedication to conservative, patient-centered care. She believes in the advancement of digital design and 3D printing, aiming to create lasting, natural results. Dr. Nadia Rodriguez graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is the owner and practicing dentist at No Limits Dental located in Midtown Manhattan. With a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry, she is always looking for better techniques to make dentistry effortless — delivering patient-pleasing results. Danielle Brown

DANIELLE BROWN, DDS

Dr. Danielle Brown joined Glidewell in 2024 after seven years in private practice, throughout which she focused on esthetic dentistry. She graduated from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC in 2016. Dr. Brown served five years on the board of the Western Los Angeles Dental Society and earned the “Top 40 Under 40” award from the National Dental Association in 2023. She has also worked in low-income communities and is currently on the New Dentist Committee, where she champions the integration of technology to streamline daily workflows and assist career advancements. Dr. Brown graduated Guiding Leaders in 2023.

Jinny Bender

Jinny Bender, DMD

Dr. Jinny Bender is a clinical dentist at Glidewell. After earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, she practiced general dentistry for 27 years before joining Glidewell. She advises dentists on utilizing digital workflows, including the glidewell.io system. Dr. Bender is also a member of the ADA, CDA and Orange County Dental Society. She graduated Guiding Leaders in 2022.

Christina Do

Christina Do, DDS

A graduate of the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Dr. Chistina Do practices general dentistry in Cosa Mesa, California. She specializes in dental laser technology and is a top five producer with the fastmill.io™ In-Office Mill. Additionally, she is a lecturer and researcher for BIOLASE® and sits on the executive board of the Coleman Research Group. Dr. Do graduated Guiding Leaders in 2022. She was president of the Orange County Dental Association in 2024.

Sheila Dobee, DDS

Sheila Dobee, DDS

Dr. Sheila Dobee is a seasoned dentist, author, and speaker with over 22 years of experience. She holds a DDS degree from King’s College London, attended advanced speaker training at Stanford University, and graduated as a Guiding Leader in 2024. The founder of Your Caring Dentist in Fremont, CA, Dr. Dobee integrates AI-driven diagnostics and other technologies to drive an educational experience for her patients. She has presented workshops on practice management and innovation, served as a Colgate spokesperson, and hosted global media events. Recognized as American Businesswoman of the Year, Dr. Dobee is also the author of Ninja Tooth Battles, a children’s book promoting oral health.

Dr. Sarah Belderes graduated from USC dental school in 2001, winning the pediatric dentistry award. She practices in her hometown of San Diego as a restorative dentist, utilizing digital technology and a team of specialists to provide a wide variety of treatments. She has spent countless hours training in the areas of implant surgery, clear aligner therapy, neurotoxins and fillers. She prides herself on successfully building a cohesive team that is both business-minded and patient-focused. Using intraoral scanners, mills and 3D printers, Dr. Belderes is on the cutting-edge of digital dentistry. She graduated Guiding Leaders in 2023.

Mary Shields

Mary K. Shields, DMD, MPH

Dr. Mary Shields graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She owns a private practice in Louisville, Kentucky, focused on family and cosmetic care. She is an associate member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and a member of the American Society of Forensic Odontology, where she provides forensic services ranging from the identification of human remains to legal consultations. Dr. Shields is also in the process of finalizing the requirements for board certification by the American Board of Forensic Odontology. She graduated Guiding Leaders in 2019.
