Stephenie Goddard

Stephenie Goddard, M.S.

Glidewell CEO Stephenie Goddard is an executive leader with multidisciplinary experience in organizational development, business strategy, change management, customer experience and digital transformation. She joined Glidewell in 2006 as vice president of human resources, establishing various programs that have served to augment the company’s relentless expansion. In 2019, she established the Guiding Leaders program to empower women dentists throughout the United States in all facets of business and leadership, and the following year she received the Mentor Award from The Lucy Hobbs Project® (Benco Dental Supply Co.; Pittston, Pa.).
Viviana Waich

Viviana Waich, DDS

Dr. Viviana L. Waich graduated from the Santa Maria University in Venezuela, followed by a Master in Oral Surgery and Pathology from Javeriana University Colombia, and an internship in OMFS at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. She is an ABOI Diplomate, AAID fellow and achieved ICOI Mastership. Dr. Waich’s acomplishments further include being a board member of the AACA since 2017, a Glidewell Guiding Leader in 2023, and a recently published author of a Senior Oral Health book.

Rebekah Browder

Rebekah Browder, DDS

After graduating from New York City College of Dentistry with honors in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Rebekah Browder completed a GPR at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. She then taught at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in the Pediatric and Public Health Department before settling in Westport, Connecticut, and buying a private practice. She has been practicing dentistry since 2014 with a focus on minimally invasive, conservative esthetics. Her practice is only one of four in the country to be certified as a B Corporation. Dr. Browder graduated Guiding Leaders in 2022.

Danielle Brown

DANIELLE BROWN, DDS

Dr. Danielle Brown joined Glidewell in 2024 after seven years in private practice, where she focused on esthetic dentistry. She graduated from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in 2016. Dr. Brown served five years on the board of the Western Los Angeles Dental Society and earned the “Top 40 Under 40” award from the National Dental Association in 2023. She has also worked in low-income communities and is currently on the New Dentist Committee, where she champions the integration of technology to enhance careers and streamline daily practices. Dr. Brown graduated Guiding Leaders in 2023.

Brittany Bergeron

Brittany Bergeron, DDS

Dr. Brittany Bergeron obtained her BA in chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross before continuing her education at the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2013. She served as the 2019 president of the American Association of Women Dentists in addition to serving on their board of directors for over 10 years. Dr. Bergeron currently serves on the board of directors for Dental Entrepreneur Woman and is an active member in the ICD, ADA and AAFE. Dr. Bergeron graduated from the ADA Institute for Diversity in Leadership in 2022 and the Glidewell Guiding Leaders program in 2023. Dr. Bergeron is a solo practitioner at the office she owns in Towson, MD, where she focuses on dynamic patient care through patient education and dental technology.

Porchia James

Porchia James, DDS

Dr. Porchia James earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Meharry Medical College in 2008. After graduation from dental school, Dr. James was promoted to Captain in the U.S. Air Force where she was stationed at Keesler AFB (Biloxi, MS), RAF Lakenheath, UK (England), and Shaw AFB (Sumter, SC). After her four-year active duty tenure, she was allowed the opportunity to focus solely on Oral Surgery. She returned to an additional four-year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Meharry Medical College. During her residency, she trained alongside ENT, plastic surgeons and licensed anesthesiologists. Dr. James now owns a private practice, About Face: Oral & Facial Surgery in Frisco, TX. She is very active in community outreach and volunteer work for underserved individuals. Dr. James graduated Guiding Leaders in 2023.

Noor Alladawi

Noor Alladawi, DDS

Noor Khedraki Alladawi earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at California State Polytechnic University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California in 2009. She is the managing dentist at a boutique Newport Beach dental office, Portside Dentistry, where she has been loved by her patients for 10 years. Dr. Noor specializes in cosmetics and restorative dentistry. She is a recent graduate of the prestigious 2023 Glidewell Guiding Leaders program and is a member of several dental organizations, including the ADA, AGA and Orange County Dental society. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.

Jarrett Manning

Jarrett Manning, DDS

Dr. Jarrett Manning is an alumni of Xavier University of Louisiana, Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. She has been practicing dentistry for over 17 years and owns practices in Symrna and East Point, Georgia. Dr. Manning is also a best-selling author, owner of JLM Dental Studio in Atlanta, founder and CEO of Honey Envy, founder of Beyond Her Smile, and leader of Dental CEOs LLC. She graduated Guiding Leaders in 2022.

Stacy Spizuoco

Stacy Spizuoco, DDS

Dr. Stacy Spizuoco is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry. After graduation she completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. She works in private practice in New York City and has volunteered as a clinical instructor at Columbia College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Spizuoco performs charitable work including organizing bi-annual dental missions with World of Smiles to the Dominican Republic. She also volunteers at local missions such as Give Kids A Smile Day. She is one of fourteen women dentists to be invited to the inaugural class the Guiding Leaders program in 2019. Dr. Spizuoco is a President Elect and Board Member of the New York Academy of Dentistry, a member of the American Dental Association, Fellow of the American College of Dentists, member of American Association of Women Dentists, and a member of Women to Women Dental Network.

Joy Poskozim

Joy Poskozim, DDS

After working in various dental practices in the Chicagoland area, Dr. Joy Poskozim opened Joyful Dental Care, where she provides services ranging from general dentistry to complex, full-mouth restorative procedures. She also performs mobile care onsite in nursing homes, assisted care facilities, and independent living centers, providing treatment to those unable come to her practice. Dr. Poskozim is dedicated to delivering excellent services and long-term solutions that lead to optimal dental health for her patients. She graduated Guiding Leaders in 2019.

Jacqueline Patterson

Jacqueline Patterson, DDS

Dr. Jacqueline Patterson graduated at the top of her class from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene in 2003. She then pursued her DDS at the prestigious U.C. San Francisco School of Dentistry, where she was inducted into the Dental Honor Fraternity, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. After graduating with honors in 2008, she returned to her hometown of Las Vegas to practice and raise her family. Dr. Jacqueline Patterson is a General Dentist and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist. She provides Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, TMJ/TMD Therapy, Sleep Dentistry/Therapy, Botox® Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Physiologic Orthodontics, Facial/Airway Growth and Development, and Neuromyofascial Therapy to help treat a wide variety of conditions. Dr. Patterson treats all ages and believes in a multidisciplinary and whole body approach to the health of her patients. She graduated Guiding Leaders in 2023.
Kisha Carter

Kisha Carter, DMD

Dr. Kisha Carter is a Newnan, Georgia native and has been practicing dentistry in the Atlanta area for 15 years. She attended the Medical College of Georgia, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Carter graduated in the top percentage of her dental class and was inducted into the dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.

Dr. Carter built BLUSH Dental Studio from the ground up in 2015, and significantly expanded in 2022 to accommodate her growing patient base in East Point, GA. Dr. Carter is committed to educating her patients and providing quality care in a comfortable and modern environment. She graduated from the Guiding Leaders program in 2022.

Nadia Rodriguez

Nadia Rodriguez, DMD

Dr. Nadia Rodriguez graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is the owner and practicing dentist at No Limits Dental located in Midtown Manhattan. With a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry, she is always looking for better techniques to make dentistry effortless and to deliver patient-pleasing results. Dr. Rodriguez graduated Guiding Leaders in 2022.

Christina Do

Christina Do, DDS

Dr. Chistina Do is the current president of the Orange County Dental Association and practices general dentistry in Cosa Mesa, California. She specializes in dental laser technology and is a top five producer with the fastmill.io™ In-Office Mill. She is a lecturer and researcher for BIOLASE® and sits on the executive board of the Coleman Research Group. Dr. Do graduated from Guiding Leaders in 2022.
Jinny Bender

Jinny Bender, DMD

Dr. Jinny Bender is a clinical dentist at Glidewell. After earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, she practiced general dentistry for 27 years before joining Glidewell in 2022. Dr. Bender is a member of the ADA, CDA and Orange County Dental Society.

Dr. Manalili

Taylor Manalili, DDS, DICOI

Dr. Taylor Manalili is director of clinical prosthodontics at Glidewell. In the onsite dental clinic at Glidewell, Dr. Manalili helps to enhance laboratory protocols, conduct clinical research, and perform advanced restorative work — including implant placement, chairside restorations and full-mouth rehabilitations. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Northeastern University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook University, where she also obtained an advanced certificate in prosthodontics and digital technologies. Dr. Manalili completed her fellowship and diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. She joined the Resnik International Implant Institute as a prosthodontic faculty member and has over ten years of teaching experience in diverse education settings. She graduated Guiding Leaders in 2019.

Itza Rosado

Itza Rosado, DDS

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Itza Rosado is the founder and private practice owner of Smiles in Miramar Dental, in Miramar, FL. She utilizes the most advanced dental equipment and techniques to deliver excellent results to her patients. A graduate of the Baltimore Dental School at the University of Maryland, Dr. Rosado specializes in cosmetic and implant dentistry and has extensive experience in freehand and guided implant placement as well as implant restorations. She also holds a position as adjunct clinical faculty at Nova Southeastern University Dental school and seeks out numerous continuing education opportunities. She graduated from the Guiding Leaders program in 2023.

Mary Shields

Mary K. Shields, DMD, MPH

Dr. Mary Shields owns a private practice in Louisville, Kentucky, focused on family and cosmetic care. She is an associate member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and a member of the American Society of Forensic Odontology, where she provides forensic services ranging from the identification of human remains to legal consultations. Dr. Shields is also in the process of finalizing the requirements for board certification by the American Board of Forensic Odontology. She graduated Guiding Leaders in 2019.

Sarah Belderes

Sarah Belderes, DDS

Dr. Sarah Belderes graduated from USC dental school in 2001, winning the pediatric dentistry award. She practices in her hometown of San Diego as a restorative dentist, utilizing digital technology and a team of specialists to provide a wide variety of treatments. She has spent countless hours training in the areas of implant surgery, clear aligner therapy, neurotoxins and fillers. She prides herself on successfully building a cohesive team that is both business-minded and patient-focused. Using intraoral scanners, milling and 3D printing, Dr. Belderes is on the cutting-edge of digital dentistry. Additionally, she graduated from Guiding Leaders in 2023.

Brittany Eirwin Maqueda

Brittany Eirwin-Maqueda, DMD

Dr. Brittany Eirwin-Maqueda is a general dentist and private practice owner in rural Southwestern Indiana, where she has been practicing since graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2012. Thriving on innovation and change, she enjoys leveraging cutting-edge technologies to close the gap in access to care in her community. As a graduate of a women’s college and the Glidewell Guiding Leaders program in 2023, she is passionate about supporting other women in their professional journeys. When not visiting family in Mexico or traveling the globe, she lives in Owensboro, Kentucky, with her husband and their three children.

K.T. Dao

Dr. K.T. Dao, an alumna of Baylor College of Dentistry, brings over three decades of expertise to her boutique dental practice, specializing in Cosmetic Dentistry and Clear Aligner Therapy. She continually advances her knowledge with over 500 units of continuing education to date. A dedicated professional, Dr. Dao holds active memberships in the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Texas Dental Association (TDA), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), American Association of Clear Aligners (AACA), and the American Orthodontic Society (AOS). Dr. Dao is also an alumna of the Guiding Leaders class of 2023, demonstrating a commitment to leadership and ongoing personal development.
